"Tries to call and speak with a manager to correct my problem. Was put on hold almost 10 mins before I finally hung up. The pizza didn't have the extra cheese or mushrooms I paid for. The veggie pasta had 6 slices of bell pepper, 4 slices black olives and 5 slices of white onion. Hubbys chicken Alfredo had 6 pie es of chicken. Pasta was on overload in both bowls. I had to add veggies and cheese to make it edible. Grease caused the bag of breadsticks to completely soak through all over my stove where I sat it to keep a bit warm. I am shock since we have always been good customers. Maybe it is time for Mazzio's or Cely's. I just wanted 1 weekend off and we chose the wrong restaurant to help with my peaceful weekend. I am changing my rating. Since the last time we have never had such food again. Everything, especially the food, has been great and the service is much better too! Way to go with improvements!"

"I'll actually like to give it a 4.5 stars, but this was my first visit (I live in OKC, was visiting my nephew). But the staff really impressed me with the service. Really makes a difference in the whole experience. The food was okay, but one of the staff had overheard a comment I made to my nephew and said "you know we can X, Y and Z" (basically do many things at no extra cost to make it like I liked better). If I lived down there I would definitely see if it lived up to how the staff was trying to run it."
